Questions about an official Cannon County court docket belong with the clerk that maintains the case. The Circuit Court Clerk handles Circuit, General Sessions civil and criminal, and listed Juvenile records. Chancery has a separate Clerk and Master, while Woodbury City Court has its own clerk and location. Cannon County Court Docket is a private reference resource, not one of those offices.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Cannon County Court Docket is privately run. It cannot retrieve an official docket, change a setting, seal or remove a case, issue a certified copy, or give legal advice. Contact the clerk or court that holds the record for those needs.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the route that matches the court and record in Cannon County:

  • A trial docket sheet: run a case search through the Cannon County portal, then request the official docket from the Circuit Court Clerk
  • A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
  • Certified copies: order from the clerk that keeps the case, since only that office can certify its record
  • An appellate case: use Tennessee Public Case History, which does not replace the county trial search
  • Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case

For Circuit and General Sessions dockets, contact the Cannon County Circuit Court Clerk, 200 West Main Street, Woodbury, TN 37190, phone 615-563-4461, fax 615-563-6391, or email katinageorge.cannoncircuit@gmail.com. The office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to noon.

Chancery requests go to the Clerk and Master at 615-563-5936. Woodbury ordinance or municipal traffic matters go to the Woodbury City Court Clerk at 965 West Main Street, Woodbury, or 615-563-5940. These are separate custodians, even when records concern the same county.
